I've spent more than 20 years as a PA and secretary alongside clinicians, senior professionals and business owners, looking after diaries, inboxes and all the small things that keep a working week upright.

Now I do the same for established business owners who are brilliant at what they do and still carrying too much of the running of it. I notice what needs doing, sort what I can, and only bring you the things that genuinely need you.

Before

Ceibhionn designs flowers for weddings and commercial installs. In season, her days start at the flower market and end on site, and the enquiries don’t stop in between. The flowers were never the problem. It was everything around them: new enquiries waiting days for a reply, or never getting one; couples’ questions arriving at 10pm; quotes and follow-ups slipping down the list until people chased; and invoices that hadn’t gone out before the event.

What I took on

I took on the business inbox, the enquiries inbox and her Instagram messages. Every new couple now hears back within two working days, consultations go straight into her diary, and I keep track of who needs a nudge. I also put simple processes in place and created client paperwork that matches her brand, so she now takes a deposit up front instead of invoicing after the event.

Since then

Ceibhionn is free to do what she does best. She has given her whole shop a revamp and worked on parts of the business she never had time for before.
