What I do

If it's on your list and doesn't need your expertise, it can probably go on mine.

If you've never had a PA, the hardest part is knowing what you're allowed to ask. Here are some of the things I look after.

01

Business and operations

The admin that keeps the business moving, and the jobs that fall between the cracks.

  • Inbox management: sorting, replying, filing, and telling you which few emails need you
  • Diary management: booking, moving, confirming, and protecting your lunch
  • Following up and chasing what you're waiting on, politely, until it turns up
  • Meeting invites, links, and a note afterwards of who's doing what
  • Tidying documents and sorting out the shared drive you've been meaning to fix
  • Supplier bookings, renewals and the reminders nobody else is keeping

02

Client communication

So the people trying to give you work aren't left waiting, and every client hears from you promptly.

  • Replying to new enquiries, sending your information and getting the first call in your diary
  • Welcome emails, paperwork and everything a new client needs in their first week
  • Appointment confirmations, reminders and rebooking
  • The awkward emails: the late payment, the kind no, the change of plan
  • Keeping your replies sounding like you, not like a template

03

Beyond the day to day

Not everything that eats your week is work. If it's on your mind while you're with a client, it counts.

  • Your personal diary: the dentist, the MOT, the dog's booster
  • Travel, restaurant and event bookings
  • Birthdays, client gifts and the occasions you'd rather not forget
  • Group trips and celebrations, planned properly
  • Light creative support, like tidying a document so it looks like it came from your business

Director support

You have a team. Nobody on it is looking after you.

Your team is good and they have their own jobs. But nobody's job is your inbox. Nobody owns your diary, chases what you're waiting on or notices you've been double booked on Thursday, so it all comes back to you.

That's the gap I fill. You don't get another person to manage. You get someone whose whole job is keeping you moving: your inbox, your diary, your meetings, and the things that fall between everyone else's roles.

And what I don't do

I don't make sales or outreach calls. I look after the clients and enquiries you already have.

Not sure where to start?

Tell me the job that's been bugging you longest. If it's something I do, I'll take it. If it isn't, I'll tell you.
